Personal data

We collect strictly what is needed to make and deliver your order. Nothing more, and nothing is sold on.

What we collect

To deliver to you: name, phone, email address, city, address and delivery notes.
To make the piece: the 3D files, photos, sketches and descriptions you send us.
For the order itself: what you ordered, the amount, the payment method and the history of its statuses.
If you create an account: your email and an encrypted password. We never see your password in readable form.

Advertising measurement

We do not use Google Analytics. We use two advertising measurement tools, Meta's (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok's, and only if you accept them. Until you have answered the banner, no script is loaded and no measurement cookie is set. Refusing takes no feature of this site away from you.

If you accept, those two companies receive the pages you look at here, the pieces you add to the basket, and the contents of your order if you place one. So that the order can be connected to an advertisement, your email, your phone and your city are sent to them as an encrypted fingerprint (SHA-256): they cannot read them back, but they can check whether they match someone they already know. Two things are sent in the clear, because those companies refuse them encrypted: your IP address and the name of your browser. We never send them your delivery address, your files, your photos, or anything we have written to each other.

Your answer is kept for six months in a cookie, then you are asked again. You can change it whenever you like:

Why

Only to carry out your order: to reply to you, make the piece, deliver it, keep you informed of progress, and be able to deal with a complaint. We do not send you promotional mail.

For how long

Files and photos: six months after delivery, so we can reprint if you order again. Deleted after that, or immediately on request.
Order data: kept for as long as our accounting obligations require.
Customer account: until you ask for it to be deleted.

Who else has access

Only the suppliers needed to carry out the order: the carrier who delivers to you (name, phone, address), the service that sends our email, the site's host, and the payment provider if you pay by card — that one receives your bank details directly, without us seeing or storing them.

We do not sell, rent or exchange any personal data.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and French data protection law, you may at any time ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected, erased or ported, and for its processing to be restricted or objected to. You may also ask for the immediate deletion of your files.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the CNIL, the French supervisory authority we come under, at www.cnil.fr.

Simply write to contact@manarol.com. We reply within 4 hours and carry out the request within seven working days. You will not be asked to justify it.

Photographs of pieces

We sometimes photograph the pieces we produce, for our gallery and our social media. Those photographs show only the object, never your name or your contact details. Tell us before delivery if you would rather we did not: it is noted on the order and respected.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as a hash. Your files are not publicly reachable: they are served behind authentication and are not in a folder that can be browsed from the web.

Your tracking page is reachable through a link containing a long, unguessable identifier — that is what lets you follow an order without creating an account. Share that link only with people you trust.
